Required Documents

Submit the following documents to msap@kau.ac.kr via email in pdf format:

1) Application Form [download]
2) Recommendation Letters, written by both your supervisor from your organization, and a professor from the university where you graduated.[download]

3) Release of Information Consent Form [download]
4) Bachelor’s and Master’s (If applicable) Degree Diplomas

* Should be apostille certified or notarized by Korean consul, if apostille is not possible.
5) Official Transcripts for Bachelor’s and Master’s (If applicable) Degrees

* Transcripts must include a year-by-year record and the CGPA total.
6) Curriculum Vitae (CV)
7) Certificate of Employment
8) Copy of Passport: The expiry date should be later than the end date of the program.
9) Certificate of English proficiency (if applicable): Please submit a score report from a recognized English Proficiency Test (e.g., TOEFL, TEPS, IELTS) or any other supporting documents that demonstrate appropriate English language proficiency.
