Regular registration: Enrollment until completion conditions of each degree course are met

  * At least 4 semesters of master's and doctoral courses and at least 8 semesters of master's and doctoral courses
• There may be compulsory courses depending on the department, so make sure to check with your department before applying for the course.

withdrawal

• leave of absence may be less than one year at a time and may not exceed two years during the registration period. Sick leave and paternity leave shall be excluded from this period.
• If it is inevitable to take a leave of absence due to transferring schools, it may be possible to take a leave of absence after approval by the president after submitting the appropriate documents.

re-entrance

• An application for return to school must be submitted and approved by the president during each semester's return period.
• If you do not return to school during the scheduled semester, you will be expelled.

Explusion(dropout)

• Those who have not returned to school even after the leave of absence period has expired
• Those who have not paid tuition within the registration period
• A person who has deviated from his/her duty and acted in an unfavorable manner (decided by the Graduate School Committee)
• Students who wish to drop out must submit their request to the Graduate Administration Office for approval by the President
